The new terminal at Nepalgunj Airport spans approximately 13,144 m², featuring modern amenities, parking, apron, guest house, and landscaping. With capacity for about 1,600 passengers per hour, it meets international standards. Construction began December 2022, with completion expected in December 2025, ahead of schedule.
